Responsibilities
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.
- Update internal database with new hire information.
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
- Conduct workshops and product demos.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.
- Develop training and onboarding material.
- Respond to clients and employees questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for) in a timely manner.
Required skills:
- Fresh HR graduate or any relevant field (1-2 year experience).
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Experience in using google drive (docs, sheets, slides, forms).
- Excellent verbal and writing skills (Arabic and English).
- Flexibility and Adaptability.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Notes:
- Monthly Salary is attractive on merit.
- Employment Type: First 3 months of the year contract are trial.
- Full Time.
- Deadline is Sunday: 25/12/2022.
