Invitation to participate in tender for Food basket

Youth Vision Society is a non-profit CBOs organization founded in 2009. It works in the field of community development through the implementation of developmental and relief programs and projects targeting the Palestinian society.

Youth Vision Society is implementing a food basket in Ramadan in Gaza Strip. Therefore, Youth Vision invites registered suppliers in the official departments to participate in tender for food basket the following conditions:

• The supplier must be registered in the official departments.
• Tender includes supply of a food basket for places that are determined by the coordinator of Youth Vision Society and on stages.
• The supplier must submit a tax invoice that does not include VAT.
• Tender documents can be obtained from Monday , 11/05/2020 until Thursday evening, 14/05/2019, from 10 am to 3 pm during official working hours, at the Youth Vision Society office located in Gaza, Al Naser area.
• The deadline for submission of the tender on Thursday, 14/05/2019 at 12:00 pm at YVS Office, and will be opened at the same day.
• The Committee is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and without giving reasons.
• Advertising fees on the supplier.

General terms and conditions:
1.Youth Vision not obliged by the lowest prices.
2.Payment shall be made by bank check collected from banks approved by the Monetary Authority.
3.Seal and sign all tender papers.
4.3 Prices are only offered on this form of tender listed, not fax or photocopy can be used.
5.The tender shall be deemed null and void in case of write-off, scraping or the use of a remover or pencil.
6.The Society is not responsible for currency fluctuations during the period of service provision.
7.The company must be registered with all official departments.
8.The specifications and conditions must be strictly observed.
9.Bids are only available to contracting companies listed by the Contractors’ Union.
The supplier must submit an official tax invoice General and special conditions:
10.The Youth Vision Society will not accept the receipt of any bids after the specified time and date.
11.Advertising fees on the supplier.
12.Youth Vision Society has the right to split the tender.
13.Youth Vision Society does not include value added tax and an approved receipt.
14.The Society will pay the amount on the Commissioning Orders and invoice submitted by bank check within 20 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.
15.The selected supplier must comply with the contractual procedures and conditions with Youth Vision.
16.The supplier on whom the tender is based must sign the contract within three days from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
17.The Society have the right to cancel all bids submitted and to resubmit the tender once again without giving reasons and without the bidder having the right to claim any compensation.
18.The tender is valid until the end of the project period.
19.The supplier shall start supplying the items specified above after signing the contract or the supply order with a maximum period of one week, or as requested by the Youth Vision Society.
