Education
Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) from an accredited educational institution in social sciences, economics, development studies, international relations, public/business administration, management or other related fields.

Work Experience
- A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible relevant experience in qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation, programme planning, programme cycle management or related field;
- Experience in the use of various research methodologies and software packages (desirable).
- Experience related to the organization’s mandate and activities (desirable).
- Background in international relations and knowledge of current development issues (desirable).

Languages
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic
