Job Title: Operations /Client Relations Manager position with Suprex Learning and Excelsior Academy.
Length of Employment: Full-Time, 1 Year (renewable upon results).

Job Description:
- Speak with prospective Suprex Learning clients over the phone and advocate our academic tutoring and test prep services.
- Promote Suprex Learning academic tutoring to school leaders (superintendents, curriculum directors, principals, and others) as well as advocating for benefits of 1 on 1 tutoring and small group test prep.
- Enroll new students in tutoring, test prep, or educational therapy and process credit card/e-check payments over the phone through online payment gateway.
- Scheduling tutors for new appointments, manage tutors and calendars; enter new students in database and tutor scheduling system. Find and place a tutors from company database with new client.
- Keep up timely communication with current tutoring parents via email and phone every 6 weeks to assess student grade progress.

Pay: $400-$500/month.
Schedule (Virtual): Times are flexible according to your availability but we would prefer you to be open to the times below.

Central Standard Time
35 Hours Per week
Sometime between
Monday- Friday 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Saturday- 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Preferences:
Background in Education and/or sales.

Technical Requirements:
Must have access to reliable internet and mobile phone connection.
