Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

- Bethlehem resident is a plus.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales.
- Very Good written & spoken English.
- Fast internet connection (more than 10 m).
- Webcam (during the training and meetings “feedback”).
- Headphone with USB connection.
- Good PC/Laptop.
- Good working environment and no disturbing.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and Microsoft office programs.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Motivated and have good analytical thinking,
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members,
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written and verbal),
- strong work ethic, with a demonstrated commitment to achieving results.
